How to use the Workforce Planner

1 · The basics

  • Tap Add person to add a role. On a phone a quick form pops up for the role, name & status; on desktop you can also double-click empty space.
  • Drag a box to move it, everything snaps to the grid.
  • Double-tap a box (or open its menu → Edit text) to change the role, name & status.
  • Select a box and drag its 8 handles to resize. Tap empty space to deselect.
  • Clear wipes the whole canvas (undo brings it back). Ctrl+Z / Y undo / redo.
